Edgar Erazo's coffee was our first step towards selling directly sourced coffees, through the help of our friends Kevin Bohlin and Benjamin Paz. We are super excited to have this amazing example of a clean and sweet Santa Barbara Pacas coffee back this year.
This years lot is the best we have every tasted from Edgar. Big citrus like clementine and pineapple, super sweet dried apricot and dates, with a super sweet unrefined sugar sweetness. This lot is a bit smaller than last year as it was a difficult year for Santa Barbara. 2 Hurricanes hit the area in one month and decimated infrastructure all over the country but particularly in the coffee growing regions.
