Learn the basics of at home brewing and the many factors that go into brewing a great cup of coffee. You will be introduced to different at home brew methods and styles along with testing the different variables that effect a good brew. 

Each student receives a brew basics book and a 12 oz bag of our single origin coffee shipped to you along with other class materials. These items will be shipped 1 week prior to the class starting for those students taking the class online. 

Requirements | Goose Neck Brewer, Scale, pour over dripper and burr grinder

Note: We roast and ship Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays
