NOTES: BRIGHT FLORALS, CITRUS ZEST, BLACK TEA, BROWN SUGAR
Gesha holds a special place in our hearts! Most coffee professionals remember exactly were they were the first time they tasted this magical variety. Moved from Ethiopia in 1931 (as the story goes), eventually finding its way all over Central/South America.
Marked by big florals, stone fruit, and citrus. This Family Cultivated Gesha is Beautiful, with all those standard notes, along with Black Tea and an intense brown sugar sweetness.
We are excited to bring this mix of Gesha variety from four different farmers under one family; Eugenio Cantillo, Isaias Cantillo (brother of Eugenio), Jose Manuel Cantillo (son of Isaias) and Edgar Garcia Ossa (brother-in-law of Eugenio and Isaias).
