Espresso can be frustrating when first beginning because of the many variables that go into preparing this viscous liquid. In Espresso Fundamentals we will dive into all variables needed to make a delicious espresso. The class will cover ratio, dialing in the grinder, espresso extraction and water. The key take away for students is an understanding of espresso basics and the ability to troubleshoot when any and everything goes wrong.
