UCANOCH is an important ally for minority producers in Mexico – of its member base, 46% are women, and nearly all belong to the Tzeltal and Tzotzil indigenous communities in Chiapas. The work they are doing helps to pave the way for these producers to sell their coffee on the international market, creating better outcomes for them both personally and professionally.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cb\u003e\u003c\/b\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eWe feel very privileged to offer this lot from UCANOCH, which consists of deliveries from the Los Altos community in Teopisca Nuevo León, Chiapas.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cb\u003e\u003c\/b\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eTRUST THE PROCESS |\u003c\/strong\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003eAfter being handpicked at peak ripeness, producers throughout Chiapas pulp their lots the same day using manual pulpers.
